Pareshkumar (PK) Patel is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in hotel development and real estate investment. He has built and managed a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets, with a strong track record of identifying, revitalizing, and scaling underperforming properties through cost-effective strategies and disciplined operational execution.
From humble beginnings to building multimillion-dollar assets, PK’s leadership philosophy is grounded in hands-on involvement, financial rigor, and long-term value creation, while remaining deeply committed to community impact and ethical growth.
Ryan’s passion for hospitality and business excellence was sparked early while working within his family’s enterprises. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, a respected professional in real estate, Ryan developed a lifelong appreciation for property development and exceptional client service.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer for Blue 24, Ryan oversees the strategic vision, portfolio expansion, and daily performance, championing a modern, guest-centric model that pairs operational precision with heartfelt hospitality.
Beyond his executive leadership, Ryan is a licensed Residential and Commercial Real Estate professional in Tennessee and a certified At Home with Diversity agent. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, and is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
